Video Projection Installations
W Hotels 2003 - 2007
egwrk collaborated with another Philadelphia firm [Klip Colective] to create custom projection installations. Across the country W Hotels, inside and out, contain video projections mapped onto architectural surfaces. Each projection is unique and contains changeable moods for the environments in which they are installed, whether it is by the pool, on a building facade, or in a W Hotel “living room.”
The indoor and outdoor projection systems are completely automated and respond to light and motion sensors. The content projected can be updated and maintained remotely over an Internet-based content management system.
