Translucent LED Video Curtain Launches at Syracuse Stage

egwrk and Syracuse University worked together to create an engaging community resource and exciting new set of venues for public art as part of the Urban Video Project.
The Syracuse Stage installation is a spectacular array of LEDs with thousands of pins of light beaming out motion graphic artwork from behind the glass façade of Syracuse Stage.
The LED Curtain started playing video at the Syracuse Stage at about 6:00PM on Friday 17 October 2008.
Additional sites for the Urban Video Project will launch on 4 December 2008 in Downtown Syracuse at 333 E. Onondaga and on Montgomery, across from the Onondaga Historical Association.
