Polyphonetic

Philadelphia Museum of Art 2005

egwrk worked with Arts in Motion to present Polyphonetic as a part of Salvador Dalí at the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Polyphonetic is an improvisational text, visual, and musical composition. It is comprised of two touchscreen interfaces that allow audience members to create their own poetry and link it to select videos and drawings created by egwrk.

During the event, audience’s selections were collected into a database and then distributed to musicians and a spoken word artist to create a basis for improvisation.
